Future Ticketing, a provider of high-performance software and AP infrastructure for the ticketing world, is pleased to announce a multi-year partnership with The Jockey Club, the largest racecourse group in the UK.
Future Ticketing has also signed a partnership agreement in Australia as it prepares to enter the country’s sizeable market of over 370 racecourses. The company is the leading provider of digital ticketing to racecourses in the UK and Ireland, with a total of 62 racecourses including the Middle East and North America and catering for a combined annual attendance of c. 10 million.
The partnership with The Jockey Club has seen Future Ticketing’s software and API ticketing infrastructure rolled out across 15 racecourses for up to 2 million people who attend its 332 race days each year, including the upcoming Christmas Meeting 2023 at Cheltenham Racecourse on December 15-16. Ticketing is also provided for attendances on non-race days including conferences, music and entertainment.
Prior to today’s announcement, Future Ticketing has already successfully delivered a seamless service for three of the most iconic festivals of the racing calendar in 2023 at the Cheltenham Festival, the Aintree Grand National Festival, and the Derby Festival at Epsom Downs, with all three in the top-10 most attended sporting events in the UK.
The company’s API infrastructure is helping to transform ticketing by delivering a centralised platform that integrates The Jockey Club’s existing and new technology partners and enabling it to build a high-value single view of its customer and business data.
Commercial partner integrations, which include access control, analytics, apps, CRM, Epos, finance, loyalty and payments, also boost fan racegoer experience and engagement levels. This helps to increase racegoer traction and loyalty, and enhance revenues for venues.
