The latest EMHF Seminar has been staged in Koln, Germany, hosted by the Direktorium. It was delivered by Phil Smith, Co-Chairman of the IFHA's World's Best Racehorse Rankings Committee and Senior Handicapper at the British Horseracing Authority.
